How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 1pm on working days are dispatched same-day. UK delivery typically takes 1-2 working days via Royal Mail Tracked. International shipping times vary by destination – usually 5-10 working days for Europe and 7-14 working days for the rest of the world.

What shipping options are available?

We offer the following shipping options:

  • UK Standard: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (1-2 working days)
  • UK Express: Royal Mail Tracked 24 (next working day)
  • International: Royal Mail International Tracked

Free UK shipping is available on orders over £100.

How are the peptides shipped?

All peptides are shipped in discreet, plain packaging with no indication of contents. Products are carefully packaged to maintain integrity during transit. Lyophilised peptides are stable at room temperature for short shipping periods.

What happens after I place an order?

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your order is dispatched, you'll receive a second email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through Royal Mail's website.

What if there's an issue with my delivery?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check the tracking information. If there's a problem, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll investigate immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or refund for any orders lost in transit.

How should I store my peptides?

Before reconstitution: Store lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides in a freezer at -20°C for long-term storage, or refrigerated at 2-8°C for short-term storage (up to a few weeks). Keep away from light and moisture.

After reconstitution: Store reconstituted peptides refrigerated at 2-8°C. Most reconstituted peptides remain stable for 3-4 weeks when stored properly. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Can I get a Certificate of Analysis (CoA)?

Yes, all our products are third-party tested by Janoshik Analytical. Certificates of Analysis are available for every batch. If a CoA isn't already attached to the product page, contact us with your order number and we'll provide it promptly.

What purity are your peptides?

All our peptides are ≥98% purity as verified by HPLC testing. Each batch undergoes rigorous third-party testing to confirm identity, purity, and accurate content before release.

Do you offer peptide blends?

What is bacteriostatic water and do I need it?

Bacteriostatic water is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol, which inhibits bacterial growth. It's used to reconstitute (dissolve) lyophilised peptides for research use. Yes, you'll need bacteriostatic water to prepare peptides for use – we stock it in convenient 10ml vials.
